I suffered with lower back pain for over thirty years. I visited chiropractors regularly and was told I had three herniated discs and arthritis. Several doctors wanted me to have back surgery, but I did not want to take the risk of making my situation even worst.

Two months ago, I couldn’t sit, stand, walk or even lie down because of severe pain in my right leg from a bulging disc. My condition had been deteriorating for about a year, my activities had become limited, and I was depressed. "I had a labor accident and by consequence I was diagnosed with a disc herniation in L5. The pain in my back and left leg was so intense that it made me stop walking along with my other normal activities. All of this affected my character making me very irritable. I went to get chiropractic care, but it did not work. They gave me anti-inflammatory and analgesics, as the days passed there was no proof of any improvement. The pain killers helped me just for a few hours and then the pain was in my lower back again.
